    Municipal Association of South Carolina

Dave had another opportunity to share with American city leaders, and this time it was with the Municipal Association of South Carolina. He shared "The Trust Edge" message at their Annual Meeting on July 17th and gave practical, proven tips for building trust and efficiency in local city government leadership. One major focus was to show how the "little things done right and consistently can lead to greater trust and meaningful results." To read more about the meeting, check it out at http://www.masc.sc/SiteCollectionDocuments/2011-AM-brochure.pdf. For more insight on how the little things done consistently can make the big difference in your personal or professional life, check out this blog posting on the matter from Dave: http://www.davidhorsager.com/blog/2009/8/20/little-things-big-difference.html.

    Featured on CNBC

On June 7, 2011, CNBC featured Dave in an article titled "Business Trust Expert David Horsager Shows How to Build Productivity and Customer Loyalty in New Book." The following is an excerpt of the article's opening paragraph.

"MINNEAPOLIS, June 7, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ - Large companies, small businesses and non-profit organizations can make sales faster, create deeper relationships with customers and build a stronger bottom line when they improve trust, said David Horsager, author of the new book, The Trust Edge.  (http://www.DavidHorsager.com). 'Trust is not a soft skill. Trust really affects the bottom line. Look at Tiger Woods who lost millions of dollars in endorsements when he lost public confidence,' said Horsager, who delivers keynote speeches on trust to companies like Wells Fargo, ING, Mercy Medical Centers and U.S. Department of Homeland Security. 'Trust is the competitive advantage you gain when others believe in you.' Trust applies to leadership, employee management, sales, customer service and brand management, said Horsager, who researched the book as part of his graduate research program."
