    SOUND

    • Wireless Lapel or Countrymen E6 type mic for larger audiences/best sound.
    • Handheld microphone with stand for MC or introducer.

    LIGHTS

    • Bright stage wash is recommended for best audience experience.

    STAGE

    • Appropriate stage stage platform raised at least 18 inches.
    • If a podium is on stage, it is best if it’s set off to one side. Dave will not be using it.
    • Stairs from floor to stage at the front center of stage preferred.
    • One round cocktail-style table with covering, center stage.

    OTHER

    • For audiences over 300, Big Screen Projection (IMAG) is recommended.
    • 1 standard 6-8 foot table for books, etc.
    • No plate clearing or food serving during presentation, please.
    • No open bar during presentation, please.
