With over twenty-five years experience in corporate sales, sales management and sales training, he has a passion for helping people discover their gifts and challenging them to reach their full potential. He has been married to his wife, Amy, for 29 years and has two grown daughters, Sara and Kaitlyn. |

Reid VeloBusiness Development Reid grew up in northeastern Minnesota and is a graduate of Bethel University, where he played wide receiver and quarterback on the Royals football team. As a member of the Horsager Leadership team, Reid balances a marketing and project management role. He is passionate about the "Trust Edge" message and the impact it has on business leadership around the world. |

Ryan NaylorOffice Manager & Sales With a degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Bethel University, Ryan is starting out serving in an administrative assitant role, while straddling business development. Beginning as a college intern with the company and then transitioning to a full time role, he knows the Trust message and is an advocate for it. Beyond his work, he enjoys scuba diving, traveling, spending time with his family, and growing his knowledge of entrepreneurship through reading. |

Audra RossAdministrative Assistant & Public Relations Audra is a public relations graduate of Metropolitan State University. She interned on the team during the fall of 2012 and was hired to the team in January of 2013 after being recognized as a highly competent and trustworthy team member. She's originally from Des Moines,IA has a strong interest in American politics, is a leader with Fellowship of Christian Athletes Minnesota and takes every chance she gets to play basketball, drink coffee and hang out with friends and family. |
