    David Horsager

    CEO Horsager Leadership, Inc.

    David has been in the speaking and coaching industry for over 14 years. With the elite CSP designation and his Masters in Organizational Leadership, Dave has been given the opportunity to share the message of Trust around the world. He is passionate about helping leaders and companies gain The Trust Edge. Dave and his wife Lisa have four children and live in St. Paul, MN.

    Senior Trainer/Coach

    Dave is a certified DISC trainer/facilitator and certified personal coach through Lifeforming Leadership. With over twenty-five years experience in corporate sales, sales management and sales training, he has a passion for helping people discover their gifts and challenging them to reach their full potential. He has been married to his wife, Amy, for 29 years and has two grown daughters, Sara and Kaitlyn.

    Reid Velo

    Director of Marketing and Research

    As a member of the Trust Edge team, Reid helps oversee training and new content development. In addition, he focuses on forming new business relationships and leading new initiatives. He's from northeastern Minnesota and is a graduate of Bethel University, where he played wide receiver and quarterback on the Royals football team. He's passionate about developing trustworthy global leaders and businesses through consulting solutions.


    Ryan Naylor

    Office Manager & Sales

    With a degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Bethel University, Ryan is starting out serving in an administrative assistant role, with some additional focus on business development. Beginning as a college intern with the company and then transitioning to a full time role, he knows the Trust message and is an advocate for it. Beyond his work, he enjoys scuba diving, traveling, spending time with his family, and growing his knowledge of entrepreneurship through reading.
